CONNECTING TO COMMISSION

In 2023 I was fortunate to be able to illustrate a book my husband wrote. This is not the first time I have done this, but it is the first time I have exclusively used lino prints. As it had 12 chapters it needed 12 prints and although smaller than I normally do and only using two ink runs per print, they nevertheless took quite a while to complete. The following pictures gives you an idea of the book cover (plain), how the book was laid out and all the 12 pictures, based on vines and wine! The subject matter was the history and vision behind the Commission Family of churches and was given to the delegates at the Commission Festival 2023. HENRY WAS A CATERPILLAR

This little book was written primarily for our grand children. The poem was written by Guy and illustrated by me during one of the lockdowns, when time was a little more available.
